Analytics8 is currently seeking a full time Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Management team. This key member of the team must possess initiative, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude towards finding and engaging the best and brightest talent in the analytics industry. The best candidate will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition in the data analytics space and be adept at building dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and the broader team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be joining a small and dynamic team that is key to growth within the organization!
  • Search, source and engage passive and active candidates through the use of networking, employee referrals, university recruiting channels and web sourcing (LinkedIn)
  • Pre-screen and navigate top talent through the recruiting lifecycle, working closely with Hiring Managers and diverse interviewing teams
  • Build and maintain active pipelines of potential candidates across multiple concurrent searches in multiple locations
  • Utilize internal ATS to manage candidates through the recruiting process

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting data warehousing/analytics/BI candidates
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced  environment with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time efficiently
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and active candidate pipelines
  • Experience using a recruiting software package to track and manage candidates
